Who are Venture Programmers?

We are a company bringing talented technical experts (Programmers), businesses and entrepreneurs (Venturists) and small investors (Investors) together in a new way - the aim is to benefit all by investing in new businesses early in order to bring new ideas to fruition and maximise the returns for the investors. Instead of simply paying up front for a team of developers, we negotiate a stake in your business and work to an agreed business plan, with a much reduced initial outlay, tying our rewards to your success!

Are we Venture Capitalists or Business Angels?

The short answer is no. The equity we invest is not money, instead we invest our time, skills, knowledge and experience. However, that does have a monetary value, so we are making real investments in businesses. Having said that, we have close ties with a number of individuals that do have private equity to invest in the right business.

Are we only interested in 'Programmers'?

Anybody who has a role to play in the lifecycle of technical projects be they Programmers, Project Managers, Database Administrators, Graphic Artists or maybe Administrators, Finance Planners or Marketing Specialists, we would be interested in using your skills.

Maybe you consider yourself as an Investor, but with £1000s to invest rather than the £10,000s or even £100,000s needed to join a Business Angel consortium. In which case, Register as an investor. We will be able to present you with small investment opportunities in businesses that we will be investing our time and skills in.
